Not being told that the cabinets were never ordered. Not being told why the tile guy has not been back in nine days. Not being told, before the wall came down, that there was a decent chance of finding exactly what was found behind it.
The work itself is mostly solved. Plenty of people in this city can hang a door properly. What is scarce is someone who scopes a job honestly at the start, sequences it before demo rather than during it, and tells you the awkward thing on the day it happens instead of the week after.
That is the whole idea here. One point of contact from the first walkthrough to the last item on the punch list, and a straight answer every time you ask for one.
